Custom Homes & Remodeling

Welcome to Pankovits Construction, Inc and Bob Pankovits. We have been building at Table Rock Lake and the Tri Lakes area since 1992. In the early 1990s our family discovered the incredible beauty of the Ozarks and the area lakes and it was an easy decision to make Stone County our new home. We immediately embarked on the exciting & early construction of the '76 Strip" in Branson, Mo, bringing Bob's extensive knowledge and experience of residential and commercial construction having had the privilege of working with some of the most prestigious developers in California to include Del Webb, William Lyon Homes, Pressley Homes, Mesa Homes and Barrington Homes. Bob's construction management of the area's commercial projects include Wal-Mart Supercenter, The Chateau on the Lake, The Starlite Theatre, Music City Center, South Towne Plaza, Palace Inn, Buckingham's Restaurant, Green Gable Inn, Indian Hills Resort, Hampton Inn & Suites and Tequilas 2 Mexcian Restaurant, among others.

Pankovits Construction's current focus is custom homes with particular focus around Table Rock Lake, to also include remodels and occasionally tear-downs and re-builds.

Contact Bob at 417-339-9628 or Pankovits@hotmail.com to discuss your dream home, vacation get-away or remodel.

For additional real estate and area information contact Karla Pankovits, Realtor® at 417-294-7680 or karlatablerocklake@gmail.com
